This means when managers change how they lead to FIT WHAT THEIR TEAM NEEDS, the team does a better job and reaches their GOALS FASTER.

Here are three important things I’ve learned about being a good leader.

1) CHANGE HOW YOU LEAD BASED ON SITUATION:
Sometimes, you need to be a strong leader who makes quick decisions. Other times, it’s better to ask your team for ideas. If you always act the same way, it might not work. It’s important to be flexible and choose the right way to lead.

2) TALK TO YOUR TEAM CLEARLY:
It’s super important to talk to your team often and clearly. If you don’t, they might feel confused or unmotivated. I learned that checking in with people and giving honest feedback helps everyone work better together.

3) LET YOUR TEAM HELP MAKE CHOICES:
Letting your team make some decisions is really helpful. It makes them feel proud and helps the team do better. I used to try to control everything, but I learned it’s better to let others take charge sometimes.
